Obligation.
Â
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not to stop with us; it is to spread with us. We are Plan A, there is no Plan B.
If we know Jesus, we are obligated to tell the world; and not just the world in our own backyard. THE world.
Â
In Romans 1:14-15, Paul writes: I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. So I am eager to preach the Gospel to you also who are in Rome.
Â
So there it is – in black and white – right from the Word of God. We are obligated to evangelize in our own city and country, and also go out into all the world to cultures and places that are foreign to us. This is not an easy task, which is why many people do not want to engage in missions. It requires being intentional, planning, learning discernment and obedience from the Holy Spirit. In everyday terms: decide, plan, act. Decide that winning the lost is important to you, just like it is to Jesus. Make a plan on how to be missional: evangelizing where you are, go on an actual mission trip, making it a part of your lifestyle as a Christian. Act – don’t just pray for the nations, GO to the nations. Your presence is life-changing; not because of who you are, but because of who is inside of you.

Will you go? Will you join Global Infusion on the mission field to reach the lost, pray for the sick, see the broken restored, and those in bondage delivered. The very next verse in Romans 1 reads, “For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” (v.16).
Now is the time to be bold, and to go. Support GI. Pray. Give. Go.
