Saturate the Valley

by | Aug 9, 2018 | Eady Family Blog

The month of August is upon us. The next two months shall go by quickly with much work to be done. We have the honor to be involved in a Catalytic event in Georgia called OneRace. The vision is to unite the Body of Christ and take a stand against racism in the Body of Christ. This movement is dear to heart. We believe the answer to a divided nation is a united church. Then in September we are doing an initiative called Saturate The Valley. The goal is to reach 10,000 families with the Gospel door to door in 3 hours by uniting Churches to work together. The anticipation to be back on the soil of Guatemala grows with each day. Part of our hearts are there. The people the land which we believe can be redeemed. Were believing for transformation in Guatemala through the proclamation of the Gospel.Things at the mission house in Columbus are coming along nicely. We can feel the prayers of the saints. It sounds like a war zone sometimes with fighting and gunshots. But we feel completely at peace knowing we are in the center of the Fathers will. Knowing this is where God has planted us in this season we are believing for growth. Our neighbor across the road received Christ a few weeks ago and had been ministering in the neighborhood non stop. Her countenance is completely changed as she is a new creation in Christ. Successes like this keep us moving. Through the faithfulness of the body we were able to provide some school supplies and shoes to the neighborhood children. This has been a season of growth for our family. We are seeing God move mightily and our desire for more of His presence continues to grow. Yearning for the secret place away from the business to just commune with our Father is what sustains us. We find ourselves much like the disciples asking Lord teach us to pray. To pray the will of the Father to pray whats on His heart not ours.As we grow and see growth in the field we are forever thank full that the Lord chose us for these missions.
